55-year-old Moira Gemmill, was killed in collision with a lorry when cycling in London on 9th April 2015.
Moira was a designer and major figure in the London arts world and was hand-picked by the Queen to oversee renovations at Windsor Castle. She is thought to have been cycling to work at St James’s Palace when the incident happened.
The 40-year-old driver of the lorry, from Potters Bar-based engineering firm JSM, was questioned but not arrested.
