The Cyclists' Defence Fund was set up by the CTC.

We are now an independant organisation, both a Company Limited by Guarantee and a Registered Charity.

We have a small board of five people and we think this is a nice manageable number.

We are looking for a wider support base, so that we can show that we support all cyclists, whether or not they belong to any 'organisation' or club.

At present we are changing our articles and memoranda of association to enable us to broaden our membership (effectively the companies 'shareholders').
