Martin Porter QC is a barrister and a leading personal injury specialist with particular experience of clinical negligence, industrial disease, brain damage and psychiatric injury. He was educated at St John’s College, Cambridge (MA and LLM), was called to the bar in 1986 and took silk in 2006. Martin broadcasts and writes frequently and his work has been included within BBC’s Law in Action, The Times Law Section, New Law Journal, All England Opinion. He is a keen cyclist who undertakes Claimant work for cyclists.
